Gibbs Houston Pauw, founded in 1994, represents individuals, families and businesses throughout Washington State.  GHP attorneys have over 60 years of experience in immigration law. 

GHP provides service in all areas of immigration law, including family- and employment-based permanent residence, employment visas, citizenship, asylum, deportation, and workplace compliance. 

GHP has represented a broad range of businesses, including computer software, agriculture, fisheries, construction, arts, architecture, engineering, religion,  health care, restaurants, among others.

GHP has particular experience in federal court litigation, including appeals of denied applications, challenges to BIA decisions, mandamus actions to compel the agency to decide long-pending cases, and class action challenges to agency policies.  Founding members Robert Gibbs and Robert Pauw were awarded the prestigious Jack Wasserman Immigration Litigation Award for 2001, a national award.   Both are members of the bar of the United States Supreme Court, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, where they regularly appear.
